Over the course of my 20-year career, I have worked for companies such as GE Capital, Comdata, Stream Global Services, SourceHov, Mortgage Contracting Service and BakerCorp. In May of 2021, I took on the CFO role at �¼������ϲʿ��� to help Finance and Accounting improve controls, reporting, and business support.

Since joining �¼������ϲʿ���, the most rewarding part has been connecting with our brands and understanding the impact on their communities.

My approach to finance is driven by a desire to help businesses and people grow in their careers.

I have been at �¼������ϲʿ��� since day one and it has been a fantastic and humbling journey to witness our associates and customers grow together and drive like-minded work around the world. It sounds cliché, but I truly believe that the practical application of technology is world-changing for our customers and for their missions, and as a result, �¼������ϲʿ��� is a great place to be.

As the CTO, my teams consistently work inside of the confluence of people and technology, and I believe the key to success in that space is a learning mind-set. Over the course of my 30+ year career, I’ve had a front row seat to plenty of successes and failures – each and every one of them has been a learning opportunity. I’m convinced that the single most important thing to get right in solution-oriented organizations is the concept of continual learning. And you will find that learning culture alive and well across our teams at �¼������ϲʿ���.

With over two and a half decades of leadership experience across diverse industries—SaaS, Healthcare Services, Strategy Consulting, and Nonprofit technology—I have guided teams globally, much like our exceptional staff at �¼������ϲʿ���.

As the President of Nonprofit �¼������ϲʿ���, steering our team to new heights fills me with genuine excitement. My focus goes beyond strategic development and fiscal accountability; it's about fostering a culture that thrives on growth. Our software is not merely a tool—it is purpose-built to support the vital missions of our nonprofit customers, igniting passion not only within me but also throughout our entire �¼������ϲʿ��� team.

This journey is not just professional; it is deeply personal. Leveraging my expertise in innovative business strategies and client-centric solutions, I am committed to building and supporting teams that embody dedication to growth. My journey with �¼������ϲʿ��� began in January 2023, first as General Counsel and, beginning in August 2023,as President of Education �¼������ϲʿ���. My career as General Counsel at �¼������ϲʿ��� and other companies has afforded unique opportunities to work with, and understand, issues involving technology, finance, operations and other salient aspects of these businesses.

Working in private equity, technology, human resources, payments healthcare services and other sectors, I’ve held key executive leadership positions focused on executing transformative strategies and growth, including as President of Quovant, and in leadership positions with three portfolio companies of Sopris Capital Holdings During my tenure at Ceridian, I also led a department with over 45 employees delivering a comprehensive range of legal and support services.

My private legal practice with Butler Snow LLP, focused on advising public and private companies of all sizes with respect to M&A and other transactions, corporate finance and governance, and regulatory matters in several markets, including banking, financial services and payments, and healthcare.
